Meet Jamison Voltin, a Los Angeles native with a passion for building meaningful relationships. With 10 years of experience as a nanny and later as a recruiter, Jamison has a unique understanding of the importance of trust and connection with new staff in the home. Her expertise in fostering nurturing environments led her to start For The Fam agency.

At For The Fam, Jamison is dedicated to helping families find the perfect household staff to build long-lasting connections with. She believes that every family deserves the support and care of qualified professionals who share their values and can provide a personalized touch.

Jamison's commitment to building meaningful relationships extends beyond her work. She, her fiancé, and their furry companion Vino call the vibrant community of Venice Beach on the Westside of LA home. When she's not connecting families with exceptional staff members, Jamison enjoys exploring the local farmers' markets, trying new restaurants, hiking, & spending time at the beach with her loved ones.
